The course aims to train cycling technical MASTERS, during the course the knowledge acquired in the cycling instructor program will be deepened: meteorology, programming, nutrition, group management, safety concept, orientation, driving techniques, new modules will be inserted such as, knowledge of e-mtb, first aid, etc...
The cycling technical master carries out an educational action, possesses skills, knowledge and competences that allow him/her to make decisions to conduct the activity independently:

he will be able to carry out the tasks already foreseen for the level of technical cycling instructor;
may be the technical manager of educational and technical/practical programs in an affiliated cycling sports association/club;
will be able to direct the UISP cycling introductory schools also making use of the support of technical instructors and/or cycling instructors.
will be able to coordinate and plan the athletic and competitive training of UISP registered athletes
